Why we work with International Standards Organizations

Posted By Brett E. Trusko PhD, Tuesday, February 26, 2019

As digital technology evolved, people started generating ideas for using business technology in new ways, and not just to do the old things faster. This is when the idea of digital transformation began to take shape. With new technologies, new things — and new ways of doing them — were suddenly possible. The scope of ISO TC 279 is "Standardization of terminology tools and methods and interactions between relevant parties to enable innovation" and doing things in new ways. Standards published will be the ISO 50500 series.
